Extremely well documented, the book contains a number of startling statistics. I do feel there are genetic circumstances that lead to ailments which impact the eyes and EFT can't cure them. The components of TIR, including cognitive restructuring, and desensitization, are discussed. The technique is person-centered, highly structured, and brief. Whish I owned one. The story also follows Danny's emotions. Although it was a bit over my head, not being a driver/firmware developer, the book coaches the reader efficiently. Other chapters on such diverse subjects as the "mad cow" crisis, the continuous deposition of toxic pesticides in water supplies, and the travails of workers in high-throughput slaughterhouse operations, are all eye-opening to one degree or another.Cook ends the book with a admonition to the public: unless we actively choose to support organic / sustainable farm operations, our health and the welfare of the environment we live in are not going to improve. Although it is great info, it is a science text, so it's easy for your mind to wander.It seems that a large number of book fanatics love to write about what they’ve read almost as much as doing the actual reading.ÉBook Language That’s a good thing for the rest of the readers out there, because blogs about books are an excellent way to discover great books without wasting your valuable time on the bad ones.
