Great book for those wishing to learn Tai Chi, but you should definitely have some background knowlege of Cheng Ma'n Ching's short form before delving into this text,as it is basically an extension of his Yang short form. Her characters have depth and strong personalities. The pictures have a very true-life feel; they aren't cartoonish at all. Only the scientific names are listed. A lonely little bunny, an outcast to her clan peers, finds acceptance and friendship from an unlikely quarter-a little mouse-and begins her journey to healing and wholeness. Doggedly optimistic, and always one for a happy ending, Anne-Marie weaves a tale of a budding friendship that leads to understanding, forgiveness, and fellowship. The second book from an award-winning young author, this little story simply and touchingly describes the pain of exclusion and the emotional wounds bullying can inflict on a victim's self-esteem. This little book is filled with charming illustrations drawn by this young artist.
